Q. Aeration: Why is this needed?
A. Compacted soil from normal lawn use can restrict moisture and nutrients from reaching the roots of you grass. 
Q. Crabgrass Control: When do I need pre-emergent crabgrass treatment to be applied? 
A. This should be applied in the March and May timeframe to be most effective. 
Q. Dandelions: Can dandelions be permanently eliminated?
A. No! Dandelions can only be controlled by treating them while they are present.
Q. Mowing: How soon can I mow after my lawn is fertilized? 
A. It is best to wait 24 hours or until after it is watered. 
Q. Pesticides: What precautions do you take when treating my lawn? 
A. Per NJ Law, You will be asked to read and sign a form outlining the DEP Pesticide Control Program.   
Q.

Watering: When should I water my lawn?

A. Typically, you should water between 6:00 and 10:00AM. Avoid evening watering. It is OK to water in the afternoon but mornings are better.
Q. Weeds: How can I prevent my neighbors weed from ruining my lawn? 
A. Weeds cannot grow or spread as fast in a well established lawn. A thick stand of grass is the best defense.
